Ok, I've read more and understood Houdini a bit better to realize, that the assemble should be placed before the Transform Pieces node, with Create Name Attribute turned off.
I will leave it here, someone might find it useful.

Hi guys,
I'm new to Houdini and I love it! <3
I'm trying to export my Material Fracture simulation to UE4, via RBD to FBX.
I've almost managed. I get all the pieces, I even have keyframes on all of them. The problem is nothing is moving
So it seems I'm missing one node which would help me here.
I searched the web for couple of days but found nothing, which would help me.
